There are 10 planters filled with a selection of summer bedding plants available for sale. They cost Β£15 each and money with orders please. They can be collected from the school garden on Eco Day- Friday 31st May or at a later date by arrangement.

Our children worked so hard today collecting litter around our local community and beach. Well done to them all!
P5 pupils enjoyed some cycling in the sun today! They even revised their road safely by drawing some slow signs and a zebra crossing π€©

A message from our school gardener:
Last August some pupils from SUaT were filmed in the school garden for a new tv series on BBC Alba. The series is entitled Lios Mhairi , Mairiβs Hebridean Garden
There are five programmes in the series which starts on BBC ALBA on Thursday 4th April at 830pm with a repeat on Sundays at 8pm. The filming from Sgoil Uibhist a Tuath is in the last programme in the series which will be shown on Thursday 2nd May.

A fantastic display of talent from our children today at the Daffodil Tea. Many thanks to all the families, friends and members of the community who supported the event today. A fantastic sum of money was raised for Marie Curie. Information on the final total will be shared with you in due course.

Pupils enjoyed learning about Coding using Spheros today. Monica Macleod who is a STEM co-ordinator from the UHI in Barra hosted the session. It was great fun and has enthused lots of pupils to learn more about coding ππ€©
