Mains: fillet steak with dauphinoise potatoes, broccoli, peas and tomatoes.
Pudding: mini upside-down pineapple cake with custard. All for 1042kcal.

“120kcal quick lunch. Rice cakes + avocado + mushroom + Philadelphia in fridge - frankly 5 min max or 10. I always have onions peeled in fridge so it’s easy:) if I need to add to it. Crushed chillies are available and so is salt and pepper. I make sure that things are readily available”
