Just sent this custom-edited beauty off to its forever home ✨ I love that my artwork brings joy and happiness to other people’s homes. This is a true blessing 🧡

It’s raining outside and the boys 👨🏼🐶 are away hiking 🥾 , so I decided to have a proper me time and try something new on the canvas. It’s still a work in progress but I’m so excited to see how it turns out!

It all started with an unused IKEA candle tray - I’ve been planning to do something with it for months now and although I’ve been very busy working behind the scenes, painting and building my website, finally I’ve managed to squeeze some time in and repaint this gorgeous tray. This is a perfect little addition to my office ✨ ⛅️

The new collection is coming along nicely ✨ I can’t wait to show you all the pieces 🙌

Fun fact: after nearly 5 years of drawing and making art I’ve come to realize that I don’t enjoy digital drawing anymore and at the same time in dying to get a pen, a paper, a brush or a canvas and get my hands dirty every single day. I love how we change over time 🧡

Lately I’ve been on a search.. I’ve been looking to find ways to recharge my soul and my search has led me to a wonderful new hobby. Canvas painting brings me joy and resets my nerves. Maybe I’ll make a few paintings for sale as well, but at the moment I’m just enjoying every moment of the journey. 🧡

Goodbye October, Hello November ✨

If you ask me where boki is evolving, I don’t know. As I’m evolving personally, so does my art. Monetizing creativity is difficult and as per se it can take away the joy of making art. Therefore from now on there will be less designs available online and they will change more often. I’m still figuring out whether I’m still going to sell physical prints or only downloadable ones as I’m going to spend the next few months traveling in Europe. 🌏 Boki is my creative space and I’d like to keep it a safe space for me and my art. I’m really grateful for all the support I’ve received so far and I hope you’ll like what’s ahead of us. Change is good 🧡
