We’ve previously carried out some work for this customer, but they had some more ideas 💡and called us back to carry out more!

We laid 60m2 patio in Kandla Grey porcelain slabs.

2x 30m2 pathways to match with blocked boarder incorporating a HUGE wishing well - which was bespoke made for this space‼️

40m2 resin pathway in grey graphite.

Supplied and installed a bespoke 4m sliding gate and creosoted barn and surrounding fences 🖌️

We love getting repeated custom and really enjoyed carrying out this this work! We’re super pleased with the outcome and hope you guys like it too‼️

TWO OF A KIND ♣️♦️

These side-by-sides really show the difference we've made 👀

This customer wanted to make the most of their driveway and garden, so called in E.C.C for the job!

We needed to remove a tree stump and level out the garden, so installed sleepers to the rear so we could dig down and in turn create some platers 🪻🌷We also installed a new shed base‼️

We designed a double sectioned patio and pathway in Indian Standstone with a Charcoal block boarder. We're sure you'll agree the cuts on this patio are 👌

The remainder 160m2 of the garden had new topsoil and turf laid 🌱

The driveway was a total of 70m2 and was block paved in Autumn Gold blocks with a Charcoal block boarder and detail (to match the back), incorporating a curved design to make room for some more flower beds 🌷🪻Look out for the mitred corner details 😍

This transformation was absolutely epic to carry out and the finished result really stands out‼️

This gate really is a work of art 🎨

One of our customers wanted a brand new gate to match their brand new driveway and retaining wall. Because when your driveway is extra, your gate should be too 🔥

They asked if we could supply and fit a bespoke gate especially for this area, so that's exactly what we did 🌟

Using hammered painted steel for the edges and details and oak wood for the main body of the door, this bad boy isn't going anywhere in the wind 🌪

As this driveway is taking a lot more weight than a normal drive, we recommended a new retaining wall with a whopping 18 inch base, to ensure the driveway/wall can hold all that extra weight ⚖️

The driveway itself is a huge 110m2 and has been laid in a trio pack with a Brindle Charcoal border.

Entrance steps laid in porcelain with a porcelain plank border.

The retaining wall is 13m long with an exquisite curve detailing to the top and matching archway for the garden gate.

Both the retaining wall and entrance steps have built-in lights with a twilight sensor, meaning as soon as its dark outside, the lights automatically switch on 💡

We've had a couple of customers on the Kingsborough Manor Estate tell us that the fencing installed just can't handle the sea wind 🌪

So we replaced the 4" posts with 6" and closeboard fence panels - these new boundary lines aren't going anyway 💪🏼

We really wanted to maximise the masses of space this customer had available!

Full works details -
Driveway:
🌟 Laid 170m2 of block paving in Trio Brindle blocks with a double charcoal border
🌟 Matching K curb entrance by front door, with new turf
🌟 New retaining brick wall which allowed the customers to make use of the HUGE driveway
🌟 Widened the side pathway for easy access

Rear garden:
🌟 New fencing to both right and left boundary and new gate to 1 side
🌟 Added retaining sleepers to back fence and main pathway to hold in the soil we needed to add
🌟 Levelled the garden area by adding 80 tones of top soil
🌟 Laid 60m2 of AstroTurf which will eventually have a climbing frame added
🌟 Set trampoline to ground level
🌟 Laid 120m2 patio and walkway in Earth Core Grey porcelain slabs with a Charcoal porcelain plank slab border

Wasted space DRIVING you crazy⁉️

This customer was fed up with the wasted space at the front of their drive! So they gave E.C. Construction a call!

We built a new retaining wall extending out to the boundary and levelled the area which gave room for the extra parking they needed 🚗🚗

The newly extended space made the driveway 100m2 and was laid in Silver Haze blocks, which matches the back garden perfectly 👌 (see previous post).

This customer wanted to switch their garden around, with a patio and pathway outside the house and an additional patio in the corner for the last of the afternoon sun ☀️ the two patios total 80m2 and are both Indian Standstone

As the original garden was 4 different levels, we reduced this to 2, with a new retaining wall and planter to the rear 🌻🌷

They picked to go with astro-turf for the remainder, which will stay looking fresh all year round 🌟

NO TURF WARS AROUND HERE 🌱

This customer wanted their garden re-turfed so the kids can enjoy the last months of summer ☀️, they also wanted a trampoline dug into the ground to give the children a safer space to play! This whole area was a huge 300m2 😱 - the finished result looks great 👍

As with any new turf, we use great quality top soil to give your new turf the best start 🌟
We also recommend leaving your turf a good 6-8 weeks before cutting to allow a strong root system to grow 🌱
Don't forget plenty of water 💧every day for at least the first 2 weeks, with extra water to joints to ensure they don't dry out‼️

This customer wanted their garden looking tip-top so they could make the most of the large garden they have! They opted for new turf with post & rail Chestnut fencing.

The tip to healthy turf is plenty of water 💧 (especially with the hot weather we've had! ☀️), if you can don't let the ground dry out. Also don't mow your lawn for a good 6+ weeks to allow a good root system to form.
