My life has changed completely… in just 4 weeks alone!

Monday 23rd Jan (yes just 4 weeks ago!) I was bloated, miserable and I lacked any confidence.

By day I would hide in leggings and baggy t-shirts and at night you would never ever see me without my snoodie.

I knew that I needed to do something (I’ve known it for years!) but it was only until a few weeks ago, I finally took the plunge and gave 121 “a go”.

Fast forward 4 weeks and not only have I’ve lost 1 stone (with 2 more to go!) but I am a 1000% less bloated, much more happier and I’m oozing confidence… already!!
