1 sleep til I find out who's taking Sophie home!
The August pot drop is tomorrow - and alongside all the goodies on offer, I'll be launching a Ghibli mug PRE-ORDER as I never make enough and someone always messages to say they missed out ๐ฅฒ
Thank you thank you for loving my pots and giving me life ๐
Exciting news - the August pot drop is coming!
Save the date as it's first come first served - Saturday 24 august, 6pm.
There will be...
โจ Ghibli mugs
โจ V60 coffee drippers
โจBig curvy bowls
โจ Swirly pots
And more...
I'm also going to be opening up a GHIBLI PREORDER so if you've been waiting for any of the designs to come back (like Totoro and Calcifer) this is your chance to bag one in advance.
Thank you for the support and I hope you love the new pots ๐ค
PSA: me and this lovely chip + dip bowl will be at today, 10-4!
As well as the busy outdoor market there will be loads of activities taking place for Insole Court's heritage weekend event.
I'm also coming stocked with mugs, vases and lots of other goodies.
And she's finished ๐ค
Seems a bit mean to share a photo of this carafe when I'm keeping it myself haha..
Safe travels to California! ๐ฅนโ๏ธ
This is definitely the most unique commission I've received so far - a yarn bowl inspired by the one from Adventure Time (swipe for the inspo pic).
I lovedddd making it and I'm a little sad to see it go. So please hit me up with your wild and wacky commission ideas to keep me busy and entertained! The weirder the better.
A pot drop and a market all on the same day? Why not ๐
๐
I'm at today but I'm squirreling away on my laptop at the same time for tonight's pot drop.
All my new pots will be going live at 6pm tonight! Think big beautiful bowls, drippy mugs and lots of luscious greens and blues.
Shop link in my bio - happy pot hunting ๐ซฃ
Here's a few of the goodies that are going to be in my next drop! ๐๐บ Sunday 7th July, 6pm.
Ramen bowls, garlic graters and bud vases are all coming back in stock. I also have some colourful new mugs and the first chip and dip plates available (swipe to see them filled to the brim with cheesy nachos ๐)
As ever, thank you for supporting my tiny business and making it possible for me to be the messy, clay-covered weirdo I was born to be.
Tomorrow at 10 โฐ find me at beechwood park, Newport for this month's market!
I'll have mugs, bowls, wax burners and other bits and pieces.
The market runs until 3pm.
Countdown to the June drop! โณ New pots will go live this Saturday (8th June) at 10am.
I'm really excited about this one ๐ค I've got Daddio and Papi mugs for your father's day gifting, plus more studio Ghibli mugs, and the much-anticipated garlic graters.
I've also restocked the drinks coasters in two different marble colourways.
Happy shopping and thank you for your support!
Find me at tomorrow!
I'll be at the market from 10-4 with lots of new pots, including wax burners and a couple of my calcifer mugs (swipe to see). Don't worry though, I'm saving some for my online shop as well ๐ค๐ฅ
Catch me at the folk festival tomorrow!
I'll be trading alongside some brilliant local businesses. The more pots I sell the more spending money I have ๐
Summer is that you? ๐ฅต
I couldn't have picked a nicer day to start working on these Calcifer mugs! Ghibli-inspired pots were by far the most popular items in my last shop update, which means I'll be making lots more (yay!)
I'll have some more Totoro mugs alongside this new Calcifer design in my next update, and possibly a few other surprises. Let me know if there's anything specific you'd like to see.
Currently wishing I had ramen for lunch ๐
I just had to put a spotlight on these new ramen bowls. I glazed them in a deep blue, which breaks into lighter shades of white and blue - reminding me of seafoam.
I've been making the chopstick-holder style of bowl for a long time, but this is the first time I've made lidded bowls. Essentially they are a set of two bowls that interlock, allowing you to cook and eat your ramen out of the same vessel.
I'll be at Tredegar House for the folk festival this Saturday, 11th May, alongside some brilliant traders.
Hope to see you there!
We've got a double market this weekend as part of the annual Folk Festival at Tredegar House NT/YG Tลท Tredegar. Over 35 stalls of quality artisan goods!
We'll be in our usual space within the car park. We're all expecting a busy day; please be advised that parking will be busy. The trust are opening the overflow car park near the main entrance but are also promoting using public transport and other ways of getting there for the weekend.
It's happening!
Your girl is finally doing a shop update. And as per usual I only have a couple of each item.
Long-awaited ramen bowls, lidded ramen bowls and Totoro mugs are just some of what will be available.
As always it'll be first come first serve, so if you have your eye on a particular piece then set a reminder โฐ for this Saturday at 6pm.
Love you all! Hope you love the new pots.
Hello beautiful โจ๐
If you want one of these wax burners glazed in oceanic blue, you'll have to head to in the next few days! A big parcel of goodies is on its way with the postman now.
It's market day tomorrow!
Find me at insole court, Cardiff, 10-4. I'll be in the Billiards room (that sounds very Cluedo-esque doesn't it?)
See you tomorrow, Cardiff!
I'm bringing a few of these incense burners, plus mugs, bowls and other goodies, to the sustainability market tomorrow.
Come and find me at the beautiful main building, 10am-3pm.
Mama mugs ๐
Being a new mama myself, I've only managed the most teeny tiny of shop updates in time for mother's day. Two of these lil cuties are now in the shop for whoever's quickest!

Why do I always forget to take nice photos before saying goodbye to my pots ๐ซ
Here's a hasty snap of a cute little coffee tumbler I made. Swipe to see it in use in its new home.
The most important question today - fluffy or flat?
Happy pancake day everyone.
Christmas stars have arrived โจ
This year's designs are on the diagonal, the glazes overlapping in the centre. Where glazes combine, they can produce different colours and effects - such as the vivid blue in the first image, and the spotty/opaque effect on the others.
Edit: very sadly the market has been cancelled due to bad weather ๐ข
Tomorrow! Find me at for my first and last Christmas market of the year.
I'll have loads of Christmas decorations, and the usual fare - ramen bowls, vases and mugs (including these glossy new cauldron mugs).
The market runs 11-4 and features a rich mix of traders, including some delish food stalls ๐
See you there!
โจ G I V E A W A Y โจ
It's been a hot minute since I ran a giveaway and as I've been working on these tea / cappuccino cups lately, this seemed like the perfect prize.
This extra drippy cup has an interesting glaze, with specs of yellow hidden among the blue.

Teapots are a little infamous as one of the most difficult things for a potter to make.
Throwing the clay body, spout and lid is the first challenge.
Then you have to put everything together. You need to think carefully about sizes, angles, ratios. Everything needs to be just-so or the teapot won't be usable.
Behind this picture of a pretty teal teapot is a graveyard of failed attempts - drippy spouts, bad pourers, and those that cracked in the kiln. Although it's sad to see time and effort go in the bin, it's a necessary process. I'm sure I'll have plenty more failures going forward!
Little ๐ผ buddy. 10p for scale.
It's been a while - but I've updated my shop! Lots of lovely mugs, bowls, bud vases and more now available. Have a browse: https://www.heathandseapottery.co.uk/s/shop
I just have one pot left in Nettle & Bark! ๐ฏ More coming next week
