Struggling to keep on track? This 1 simple trick will be a game changer.
Time blocking!
Have you tried it?
Honestly, anyone can do it.
It's so simple.
So simple that I feel a little silly telling you about it 🤷♀️
But, maybe you never actually looked into what it was?
Time blocking is effectively used for blocking out periods of time for different activities.
Business or pleasure. Up to you how organised you want to be.
I have very little social life so just blocking out my business hours works for me 😂
So, start with your tasks for the week.
Meetings
Calls
Emails
Strategy planning
Etc...
Rank them in terms of priority.
Now, go to your calendar and block out the highest priority tasks first.
And go from there until all tasks are blocked.
You can even be as organised as planning in your tea and cake breaks
For me, having these time blocks set out as a visual really helps me stick to them.
I sometimes use alarms as well, if I know I can easily get carried away with the task I'm doing.
I like to use Google Calendar, mainly for simplicity.
But also as it syncs up with my Gmail so events are automatically added from there.

2. Open email, reply to email. Don't leave unread for later (if possible).
3. Have numerous folders to keep different emails in. From sender or topic.
4. File emails away once answered.
5. DELETE
No, you don't need those emails from 2021.
