During your session we will discuss your goals, previous gym experience and lifestyle outside of the gym.
You will then be guided through a session tailored for you, specific to your goals. Benefits and reasoning for such exercises will be explained throughout to build your understanding.

GO OUTDOORS! ….. No, not the shop 🤦🏻♂️
I’m talking about getting your steps in!
I always suggest to my clients to go outdoors for a walk to do their steps if possible.
There are some beautiful places around, especially in Shropshire. You can walk around, get some fresh air, and enjoy the scenery!
I think it is great for clearing your mind and it doesn’t feel like a chore. You can hit your step count and MORE without even realising.
If you enjoy walking on the treadmill, listening to music, then great, do what works for you!
However if you have a bit of extra free time on a rest day, go explore! You might fall in love with it!🥾🏔️
Side note - I think we are all guilty of spending too much time looking at our phones or a TV screen. You can’t look at your phone when you might fall down a hill!

Fitness has been a big part of my life over this period and I’m so glad I started!
Here are some key points of how I transformed myself:
1. Be Consistent/Patient. Making such a change to your body takes time. You won’t always see the results you want straight away, they can improve at different stages just stick at it and they will come!
2. Keep it simple. You don’t need to do fancy TikTok workouts doing a handstand with weights balancing on your feet. Stick to a good plan with a mix of compound and isolation exercises for 8-12 weeks, slowly increasing what you are doing. If you start to Plato change it up and keep grinding.
3. Recovery. Take days off, let your body rest. Your muscles grow back bigger and stronger.
4. Protein. This is key to your recovery and building muscle. Protein also plays a key part in fat loss and aids staying fuller for longer.
