THIS TIME LAST WEEK! 🥰

We felt amazing …. so glad we did it and will do more.

So last Thursday evening was our first makeup lesson online and we loved it …. and the ladies loved it as well. A successful evening.

When you watch confidence growing, it’s such a good feeling.

Our ladies were able to go through a step by step tutorial with us all doing the do at the same time.

It was fun, the time flew and we all looked like we were ready for cocktail’s at the end.

Lots of questions answered and new techniques learnt.

Watching these women feel and look fantastic this week has been a pleasure.

Now to get ready for the next ones ….

Firstly I’d like to say this post has nothing to do with personality, kindness, being funny or any of those traits. Who you are within is key.

But this is about CONFIDENCE at a certain age!

I talk to so many women who have lost their mojo in midlife years …. and who want to gain it back.

It’s so important to feel good, confident and have purpose.

I believe that just by putting makeup on properly can make you feel a completely different way.

More self esteem, assertiveness, confidence and ready to win the day. 💪

It can bring out our creative side, protects our skin from UV rays and the elements, can make us look older/younger (younger for me please 😂)

It simply makes us feel better 🫶🏼

If you are feeling a bit lost around Makeup, have worn the same thing for years, feel a bit fuddy-Duddy, stuck in a rut or simple don’t know where to start but would like to …. Watch this space!

THE HOTEL INSPECTOR ( ALEX POLIZZI )🫶🏼

The Star in Alfriston, Sussex … gorgeous and dog friendly.

Who watched this being renovated on telly?

We watched and loved it and I knew I wanted to go and visit.

So last week we did just that ( I became the Hotel Inspector ) and it’s a lovely warm, ( open fireplaces ) beautifully decorated hotel, with a good atmosphere …. of course it is!!

It’s dog friendly and with your stay you get a doggie welcome pack which is so thoughtful and Loki would love it 💕🐾

The food looked and smelt so good.

There were welly’s, rain macs, hats and towels for guests to use if you forgot or just didn’t anticipate going for walks but the area is beautiful for that.

It didn’t disappoint, Alex and her Mum Olga have done a wonderful job.

Next time I think we will be staying rather than having a nosey round ( me being the Hotel Inspector ) and a drink by the fire.

Give it a go anyway.

There’s nothing worse than regret !!

If you were 98 years old and had to look back on your life, would you be truly excited by what you had achieved?

The person you had become
The adventures you’d been on
The opportunities you’d tried
The people you’d met
The fear you’d felt
The thrill of the ride
