We try to make everyone feel welcome, even the tiny ones.

My lovely daughter helped me and put up the travel cot. Attempting to take it down three days later on my own was like a scene from Faulty Towers or a Mr Bean sketch, Google you failed me...

Largest Ship to enter Portsmouth Harbour. Arrived this morning at Sunrise. Fancy a bit of boat spotting The Marina is the place to be.
Surrounded by naval ships, historical war ships, super yaughts and lovely little rowers.

Yesterday's weather was absolutely beautiful we jumped in the car and drove ten minutes to the ever so lovely Lee on the Solent. Lee has a lovely village with charity shops, trinket shops, ale houses, fish and chips, amazing ice cream parlours, a brilliant splash park and some lovely little restaurants. We opted for a bubble tea while sitting outside just looking at the view of the Isle of Wight.

Arty's at Clarence Marina last weekend, always a great atmosphere, food and drink and it's just around the corner from the apartment....

I should have added horse riding to the list of things to do, this one has a fabulous tearoom with viewing station too.

Loving the light evenings, fish and chips on the sea front followed by ice cream and a paddle in the sea 🌊

Kings Coronation Bank Holiday plans at Artys 🍾

Saturday 6th May 2023 - We will be opening at 10am on this day to showcase the coronation service in our bar area. The kitchen will be open from 10:30am-midday for breakfast.

Sunday 7th May 2023 - we will be putting on a street party to celebrate the coronation of King Charles.

Join us 2-9pm on the marina front for an afternoon of fun.

A coronation inspired street food menu & Royal themed cocktails will be available all day!

DJ Sneaky Pete will be here taking care of all of our musical needs.

Wristbands are on sale now, £5 each which will include a glass of bubbles! Children are welcome and do not need a wristband.

The apartment has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a superking bed and has an ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a large double. Both bedrooms can be made up as twins on request. The large family bathroom has a bath with shower over.

The open plan living space boasts a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a dinning area and lounge with smart TV, board games and free WiFi. This opens up to a large garden area.

Life can be a balancing act at times, and it can feel like it's been constantly raining. Take a few nights out at No.7 and get the wind back in your sails.

The apartment is situated on Royal Clarence Marina you might be lucky to see one of the cruise ships passing. Only a minute walk away are two restaurants (Arty's and Bakers), just over the Millennium Bridge you will find The Explosion Museum. Gosport is also home of the Submarine Museum, where you can explore HMS Alliance, the only remaining Second World War era submarine.

Within walking distance you can reach a selection of large supermarket chains as well as independent ones.

Gosport town is a 15 minute walk which is where you will find the Gosport Ferry. The ferry goes across to Portsmouth Harbour, making the train station, Gunwharf Outlet Shopping Centre and the Historic Dockyard virtually on the doorstep. From here you can pop on a bus or walk to explore Old Portsmouth, Southsea Fun Fair and even hop on a catamaran or the amazing hovercraft to the Isle of Wight.

Or jump in the car and venture out, The New Forest, Pulton's Park, Marwell Zoo, Hayling Island Fun Fair or go shopping at Southampton's West Quay. NO.7 Sail View is a great base to explore the South Coast.
