The time for elderflower is coming to end.
My juices and tinctures are already aging in the cellar!
However, we are still serving our elderflower fritters made from our last year’s harvest with a cup of hot coffee.

Do czego używam ?
Do herbaty i napojów.
Do drinków.
Do ciast.
Oto prosty przepis jeśli zechcecie zrobić sami 😊👇👇👇
Do garnka wlejcie litr wody i dodajcie pół kg cukru. Zagotujcie. Zaraz potem wrzućcie 20-30 sporych gałązek mięty, oczywiście wcześniej dobrze umytej i sok z 2-3 cytryn. Pogotujcie 5 minut i odstawcie na 24 godziny. Po tym czasie odcedźcie przez gazę, mocno wyciskając miętę.
Odcedzony syrop zagotujcie i gorący wlejcie do wyparzonych słoiczków. Zostawcie do ostudzenia odwrócone dnem do góry.

MINT SYRUP
When do I use it?
I add some to:
Teas and drinks;
Refreshers;
And cakes.
Here’s a simple recipe if you want to make it yourself 😊👇👇👇
Pour a liter of water into a pot and add 1/2 kg of sugar and bring to a boil. Add 20-30 large well washed sprigs of mint and juice from 2-3 lemons keeping the liquid boiling for another 5 minutes. Set aside for 24 hours. Strain the syrop through gauze, squeezing the mint firmly.
Boil the strained syrup and pour into hot boiled jars. Leave the jars upside down to cool.

Making sour fermented pickles is easier than it seems. Pickles ferment in a simple brine for about a week until they are half or full sour to your preference.
