I really enjoyed meeting you all and it was so lovely to see so many smiles on everyone’s faces after the session! A special mention goes to Mack, the lovely gentle Labrador who laid down beautifully throughout the session enjoying the gongs with everyone too 🐕 💛

It has been a particularly challenging week, and this morning I needed some peace and respite in my busy mind. An impromptu visit to my favourite wood with my beloved Sadie worked its usual magic! ✨❤️
