Today our Pupil Parliamentarians visited the Whittle Memorial to honour the service and sacrifice of the D-Day generation.

Todays assembly featured the book The Lion Inside by Rachel Bright. A story about confidence, self esteem and a shy little mouse who sets out on a journey to find his roar.
We are holding a pre-school open morning on Saturday 18th May. This is an opportunity for anyone with children who may be ready for pre-school to come and have a look around pre-school, meet the staff and learn about the wonderful curriculum and early years opportunities at Lancaster Lane. Todays assembly focused on Earth Day and what we can do to help our environment.
The children came up with lots of good ideas about reducing plastic and using the car less to help with emissions.
And theyβre off.. residential trip here we come!
