Having an allotment is hard but the hard work is starting to pay off. French beans, beetroot, rocket, chinese salad leaves, lettuce, mustard frills, cabbage leaves, parsley and lemon balm. The lemon balm is for a calming tea, great to treat neuralgia, a tonic for the heart, lowers blood pressure, influenza and it tastes lovely.

Hi I hope everyone is well. Please feel free to contact me for advise on any ailments or illnesses. I have recently helped with Liver sclerosis, a severe skin rash due to pharmaceutical toxicity, a blood clot, also a UTI, which cleared up in one dose of my tincture. I also helped two triathletes who wanted to improve cardiovascular capabilities. I charge according to financial situations and will trade too and for uncomplicated cases just charge for the prescriptions which is around £15 or equivelant. I just love to help people.
I hope to hear from you soon. # #

We have been working so hard on our allotment. Had to dig all the w**ds up, dig the soil, build a deer and rabit proof fence and make the beds using he reclaimed tiles. We are late in the season but have planted lettuce, cabbage, carrots, brocoli, beetroot, beans, swede and rocket. We are waiting for some turnips, kale, chinese cabbage and radish seeds to arrive. We will need to dig out the other beds for these. We cut a comfrey bush down as it was very large and taking up a lot of room. There is a second smaller one at the back of the plot, which we will keep as I use it to make knitbone and the bees love the flowers. I have put the leaves and seed in water to make a fertiliser. We are also waiting for two organic fertilisers to arrive and a composter. The only real problem are the slugs. Really enjoying this project.

There is a well known Cream "..... Wild Yam cream" that is always sold out due to it's amazing treatment for the menopause. I am making some myself. These herbs need to infuse in the oil for 4-6 weeks and I will then make it into an ointment. St Johns wort is also excellent to ease anxiety and irritability.

Fire w**d is a tall spiky purple flower that grows on waste ground. I dried the flowers and leaves and then added it to vodka. This herb treats Migraine, stomach ulcers, enlarged prostate, Insomnia, anaemia, boosts immune system and treats Cancer and shrinks tumours.
Agrimony has a long stem with small yellow flowers at the top of the stem and crinkly leaves at the bottom. This herb can be found in grasslands. I dried this flower too and added it to vodka. This herb treats UTI's and cystitis, inigestion and constipation, early stage appendicitis and mucus colitis.
Leave in the sealed jar for 4-6 weeks, strain and keep out of direct sunlight.
I did make a video but am still having trouble posting.😌

I haven't posted for a while because I am having problems with my Facebook. I cannot add photos and videos, which is such a shame as I have been gathering many plants with great medicinal qualities. Hopefully I can resolve the problem soon and will post them for you to see.
Next Wednesday evening I am a guest speaker on "The healing Power of herbs" for the Kent Smallhoders via Zoom, which I am really excited about. I will let you know how that goes. In the meantime if anybody needs any advise on ailments or illnesses please do not hesitate to contact me. I love to help people.
Health and happiness to you all

This is elderflower. Picked from a field near me. Use dried in a hot infusion to treat fevers, colds and flu, it promotes sweating which will bring down a temperature and to treat hay-fever. As a cold tea for night sweats, fluid retention and to promote urination. As a cordial for hot flushes, colds and sore throats. The leaves, berries and flowers all have medicinal properties. # # #

26/05/2023

Silver birch. Use in oil to treat cellulite, eczema and psoriasis also as a detox massage for aches and pains. The dried leaf is used in a tea to treat kidney stones, urinary gravel, cystitis, gout, arthritis, fluid retention and fevers. I would always combine this leaf with other leaves to treat conditions to increase effectiveness.xx

I found a crop of Bugle w**d this morning. Use it for an overactive thyroid, especially for symptons of shortness of breath, palpitations and shaking. Also great for heart palpitations of nervous origin. Supports a weak heart associated with an accumulation of water in the body. Also as a sedative cough reliever. Not for arthritis as I stated yesterday.xx

These are my latest crop of herbs drying in my kitchen. Plantain seed, bugle w**d, chicken w**d and red clover.

This is my drying wrack hanging in my kitchen. It has dandelion leaf, cleavers and I have just added a harvest of nettle tops, picked from Limpsfield chart. Once dried they will be ready to make into tinctures.
