Hi everyone, we've got some mugs and t-shirts available to buy. The mugs come with our logo and a tagline printed on them. The t-shirts are available in different sizes and are made from technical material with is lightweight and the same style as we wear in class.
We'll bring them into classes this week if anyone would like a mug or t-shirt. Mugs are £5 each and t-shirts £22.

About Us
Hi, I’m Ryan Cook and I’m passionate about helping as many people as I can in a way that helped me change my life around.
I started martial arts and fitness training more as a hobby to begin with but as time went by I found myself becoming immersed in positivity, not just physically but mentally and emotionally too. I could feel myself becoming stronger, fitter, faster, more flexible, the pain I had in my back most of my life was all but gone. Physically, I hadn’t been at this level since I was at school and I was extremely active there, running, playing football and a host of other activities.
It wasn’t just physically I started to see a difference, emotionally my mood was noticeably better and I felt calmer and more relaxed. More able to handle situations where in the past I would have just snapped, I found myself becoming reasoned and calm. As a naturally shy person, I always had trouble meeting new people, not any more, my confidence increased tenfold and so did my happiness.
Mentally I felt sharper, able to make better decisions in the heat of the moment. My memory improved, for anyone who knows me, this was always a problem but it just wasn’t an issue anymore.
