Client notice.

As you all know I currently work with a no cancellation fee/booking deposit policy, this is no longer working and regrettably I have to introduce a cancellation policy for 50% of your bill should you fail to attend your appointment without a notice period of 24 hours unless wavered by me at my discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Sadly my business has taken a really hard hit from last minute cancellations in the last 2 months particularly.

In addition to this as my clients will also be aware I have not increased my prices for the last 2 years, so in line with the increasing cost of tools, equipment, water, electric and so on, some services will have a price increase effective from next monday.
The most relevant being:

Short to shoulder length hair wash cut and blowdry - £30

Below shoulder to long hair wash cut and blowdry - £35

Occasion hair/ trial - starting at £35 and will increase by the hour/complexity of the style.

Any toner will be charged at £10 as an addition to your colour service and not included in the price. For example;
Full head foils £75 + toner £10, + long hair wash cut and finish £35 = £120.
