We had a great time today at the Hengefest in Dorchester. The weather was challenging in the morning but got dry by the time of the Mystical Birds performance. Thank you all for joining us, thank you Discover Dorchester for your support. More photos may arrive soon, so watch the space 😉

Phoenix spread her wings again at the Shaftesbury Fringe festival last Friday.

Magdalena and the Mystical Birds were enjoying the debut of Mystical Birds in Music and Stories at the Shaftesbury Fringe festival.
Mr Heron is the author of the stories and the band brought it alive with our music & presence.
I felt a significant moment when we all went for it, or perhaps it was a surge of energy in me which said: just go for it! At that moment the story really began and I am sure that our audience was able to feel it too. I personally enjoyed the freedom radiating from it. And of course, I was able to spread my wings again.
The Mystical Birds storytelling with music has a potential. I am very glad we did it against the odds.
