SPRG AWARENESS

This little lady is 4 years old and sadly for her she has already had 4 homes. You would like to think her luck would change and she would now be living her best life having her happily ever after. Well she was no longer wanted in her fourth home, so without any lead etc she was put out of the house, at the front, on a busy main road with no one concerned for her welfare. Thankfully this little lady is now safe as this little one is one of many of the pei’s that are helped and saved behind the scenes with their stories not in the public domain. This little lady will be having her happily ever not down to luck but guaranteed because of the hard work that Paul continues to tirelessly do for the breed. Please remember if you cannot get hold of Paul then I assure you there is a valid reason. The SPRG is 24/7 ( it’s not unusual that we are still working at daft o clock)requiring dedication, total commitment not forgetting being unpaid and we don’t have an off button. As a responsible rescue we do not disclose sensitive and confidential information on these pages and forums as these are open public forums. Thanks Lorraine.

NEW SERVICE AVAILABLE

The SPRG have been working with our veterinary partners for many years and have decided that moving forward, this arrangement will continue with the rescue now extending the services which we offer.
There are numerous times that I tell you all that a lot of stuff takes place behind the scenes and is not in the public domain, well this is one of them. First aid courses and therapy courses have been taken, completed and passed with fantastic results. So we now have a new advisory service available, offering advice on canine first aid, dietary food and supplement advice to help with skin and ear issues and also discipline problems.
If you need our help and would like to use our advice service please call Paul on 01773 715349 quoting reference cas. This service is available to all Shar-Pei owners that need our help or advice, to use this service we ask that you make a minimum donation of £5.00. The money that is donated to use the advice service will be used in helping the dogs we have in the rescue that are in need of our help. I’m sure that many of you will acknowledge a consultation with the vet is a minimum charge of £25.00 up to £35.00 plus the medication prescribed. I’m sure you will agree that a donation of £5.00 is a small price to pay for advice and peace of mind. As a responsible rescue we undertake that all information and discussions that take place are strictly confidential. Please be aware that if deemed necessary you may be advised to contact your vet. You can donate via PayPal to [email protected] Thanks Lorraine.
