Hard to believe it's week 5 again and the end of another group with gorgeous Mums and their babies. Sadly 1 missing but he was enjoying his first ride on a tube 🥰

Lots of you have been asking us the best ways to keep your little ones cool in this spell of hotter weather and with it set to continue for the week we wanted to share with everyone the current NHS advice.

Week 5 already and the end of another course. How is it that possible? But what a lovely day I had with my 2 little groups.💖

I had a lovely day yesterday, with my little morning group of 2 friends and my afternoon group of 5. We added face and back sequences and learnt an extra for teething when the time comes 😍

Lovely afternoon group adding in arm and hand sequences to the ones already learnt. 1 little man wanted to sit up for his foot massage 🧡

Baby massage in the garden this morning with just the sounds of birds tweeting and babies cooing... absolutely lovely 😍

Week 2 with my lovely groups. We learnt a little about why 'touch' is so important, then went over legs and feet again and added tummy and chest sequences, then practised some tummy time. 🥰
Next group has 3 spaces left which starts on 17th July.

I had a lovely day on Wednesday meeting 2 new groups of Mummy's and their gorgeous babies. My morning group were 2 friends and we used their living room. And my afternoon group of 5 at Talltrees Community Centre.
We leant a little about the history of massage, why touch is important and the feet and leg sequences, followed by a nice cuppa and good chat to get to know each other better.
My next group starts on 17th July with only 3 spaces left.

Week 5 always comes around too fast & is always emotional but yesterday the lovely girls made me cry with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a lovely card with individual messages of thanks. There are no words to describe how lucky I feel to be able to run my little baby massage groups, and I'm so pleased it has such a positive effect in so many different ways 🥰

We had a fabulous afternoon on Wednesday learning back and face massage 🥰 The babies were all so chilled afterwards. 💜

June groups are now fully booked. The next 5 week course with availability starts 17th July.

This afternoon we went over our previous weeks and added arms and hands before enjoying a good chat with a cuppa and a yumyum 😋 xx
