New workshop!

Join Wight Apothecary to explore the world of essential oils. Tracey from Wight Apothecary will guide you through the process to craft your own personalised perfume using pure essential oils. Your blend will be formulated into a 10ml essential oil rollerball blend bottled for you to take home.

This workshop last year sold out and was the most wonderful evening! Every blend is different for each person and also different depending on what you need - so even if you’ve made one before, you will make a completely different scent this time based on your current needs!

English Paper Piecing is a traditional quilting method using hand stitch to construct patchwork fabric.

During this workshop you will utilise Roake Studio fabric in high quality linens and cottons to cut, baste and stitch your EPP together.

Rosie and Maddie will provide pattern options and expert guidance to give you the confidence to continue your quilt at hoe.

You will receive a stitch kit and fabric bundle to set you up on your quilting journey.

Bank holiday picnic vibes ☀️

Fingers crossed for a late summer where we can throw our travel mattresses on a grassy patch and gather with friends to enjoy the last of the warm, late evenings.

We have a couple of floor mattresses left - and they are not just for the summer, the perfect extra for autumnal cinema nights at home!

It’s certainly autumnal out there today!

We’ve had some new cushions in recently and judging by how popular they’ve been, everyone is starting to think about cosying up the home ready for autumn.

We have stripes and florals in blues and greens plus some lovely rusts and olives. All are cotton or linen and feather filled. Pop in store to have a look or if you see something you like, we can arrange delivery!

Happy sunny Monday in August!

We have been wearing our sunglasses non stop for the last few days.

UVA/UVB protection and made from recycled plastic, the unisex glasses are available in a range of colours and patterns. We also have just 2 bow clips and 2 headscarves left!

It’s not cold but it’s a bit grey. The Middleton knit is the lightest knit and is the perfect layer for this weather.

Make the most of eating outside with our yellow stripe cotton tablecloths- grab some friends and make the most of the nice weather and light evenings!

We are all about new things this week and are excited to open up our new workshop for September - the perfect thing to look forward after the school holidays!

The Jewellery Cabin will help you create a stunning silver ring in this silver ring making workshop.

Using mark making tools you can add pattern, designs or words to your ring as well as texture for a planished effect.

There will be time to test out a few ideas on copper before adding your design to the silver, perfect for experimenting and design development.

Once the design is complete you will form the shape, size and polish it before taking it home.

They design thier products with the outdoors in mind. Something warm to cook up over a fire, sip after a swim or even just for when you’ve come home from a long day. A hot chocolate with sourcing and standards as good as it tastes. It really is the most indulgent hot chocolate you will ever try!

It’s our birthday week! To celebrate we are highlighting some of the amazing brands that we had in store on our first week.

Kicking off with who were the first cards we ever stocked. Caroline had paints originals which are then letter-pressed before being hand painted again.

Scribble & Daub creates tiny works of art for stylish gifting, hosting and correspondence and we couldn’t be more proud to have them on our shelves.

It’s our birthday month!

We will soon have been open for 1 year, and to celebrate we would love to invite you to the store on the 19th July 10-4pm.

As well as the usual fantastic coffee and cakes, we will have complementary truffles (while stocks last!)

Plus, we will be filling The Big Table with lots of lovely goodies and they will all have 10% off. There’s a preview for subscribers the night before (if you haven’t yet subscribed but would like to come drop us a DM) but this is for 1 day only. Everything will be back to the usual price the following day.
