Physio & Sports Massage sessions availability this week with (me!) 😁
Priority is going to the 606 athletes and my regulars prior to the weekend comp, but first come first served basis, as always 💪🏻

Had a few people contact for some pre comp and post comp sessions so just letting you guys know what I’ve got this week for pre-Sunday comp and it’s physio assessment, specific hands on treatment, including massage techniques as required PLUS the rehab exs/self mobilisations/self-massage tricks you can use to keep yourself going without paying me to do it! 😁
£50 for an hour £70 for hour and a half.
Flexible times from 7am through to 7pm Monday (9/10/5 booked) 13th May with last minute day off the NHS job!
Tuesday availability 0630 slot, then from 12 onwards, bar 5-630pm = booked.
Weds fully booked unless early 7am slot.
Thursday currently have 3, 4, 5 and 6 pm slots left.
Friday 17th - 7am, 230pm and 330pm left.

Based in Staincliffe, just up from Heckmondwike WF13 4 with home gym complete with Olympic weights and a mini rig to assess you properly if you have any funky niggles whilst lifting or kipping or whatever!
