Hi everyone, we're back from Thailand now. Thanks to everyone who has been in touch recently. It will take us a few weeks to get things up and running again. We'll post again here when we are nearly ready to open. Looking forward to starting deliveries again. Cheers :)

Fried silkworm anyone? Pre-order now, if you dare!🤣🤣🤣 These are popular snacks in the North and North-East of Thailand and are a good source of protein. The larvae eat white mulberry leaves becoming a cocoon. The fibre is removed leaving the silkworm which is fried. They make a lovely 'pop' when you bite into them! 🤣🤣🤣 Just wanted to show you this interesting part of Thai culture - some stalls also sell fried grasshoppers, scorpions etc. Anyone who has been to Thailand will have seen these in the food markets.
