AB attended this London property to provide a probate valuation, search for Deeds, last Will & Testament and personal items including family photographs.
These were located and delivered to the client.
The remaining items were removed
this included carpets and carpet underlay.
Some items of furniture were dismantled where possible and left at the property as they were bequeathed to a neighbour.

2 bedroom apartment, AB searched for both value and personal items, then cleared the property in 1 day.
Value and personal items returned to our clients, some items such as the fridge / freezer and linen donated on behalf of the clients to two designated charitable causes.
Both the gas oven and washing machine disconnected and tapped off by qualified tradesman.
Floors vacuumed as the property was to be marketed.
The remaining items were disposed of at a licenced recycling station.
