Wellbeing Walks Duston

Waiting in the sunshine to start our St Crispin wellbeing walk yesterday. Next one from Berrywood Road will be on the 1 October . Just come along and join us, it's free, and we set off at 1.30pm.

This week our Wellbeing walk is again at The Wooden Soldier, Berrywood Road is still closed but you could get to the car park from the village. However the village has road works too so allow plenty of time. (Village road works are now finished.)

Berrywood Road is closed due to road works. Berrywood Drive closed and past Duston School. Access to todays walk will up from Main Road or Ryland Road. Hope to see you all at the Wooden Soldier Car Park. 👣👣👣

Meeting at Duston Sports Centre tomorrow. Looks like another lovely day. Meet 1.20 for a 1.30 start.

Tomorrow we are at St Crispins. Meet 1.25pm at the wooden soldier next to Spectrum.

A bit rainy today on our weekly Health Walk but we all enjoyed ourselves, especially cake at Spectrum.

It's half term next week so adults are welcome to bring children with them to the walk on Tuesday 28th May Duston Sports Centre NN5 6EX. Free and no need to book just turn up 13.25 as we set off at 13.30.

Lovely walk around St Crispins today. Next week we will be at Duston Sport Centre 1.30pm tea/coffee & a chat afterwards.

Leaving at 1.30 sharp! The rain should have cleared up by then.

This week being the 5th Tuesday of the month our walk will be from The Wooden Soldier. No need to book just be there around 1.20pm. Looking forward to a nice autumn walk. 👣T

This weeks walk again at the new meeting point in this car park. Tuesday 1.20pm to walk at 1.30pm Tea Coffee afterwards at Spectrum. Look forward to seeing you. 👣

All set for our walk today through 2 of our Duston parks, past poppy fields to the Timkin gate and back to Trilogy for a well earned cuppa. In all it took us 45mins today. Next week our walk is from St Crispin Retail Village through the woods and back. 👣
