Recently completed project in Newman Street London consisting of 2x Toshiba ducted split system. Tenants will be happy this week ❄️ let’s hope the sun keeps on shining. ☀️

Final job of the day today catching a bit of sun whilst replacing the main pcb to this Daikin condenser on a roof in London.

The team have completed another 3x split systems today at the London Stadium. This time for the external media connections room ❄️⚒️

We’ve just finished up 2x Mitsubishi Electric wall mounted split systems installed to the gate house at Ocado Erith. There was some happy staff members when we left as they now have heating and cooling from the systems ☀️❄️

The team have finished this Samsung mini vrf this week at Margate in an open ceiling office.

Our engineers got to spend the day at London Stadium today installing a wall mounted Air conditioning system to their Security office.

Unfortunately due to being the security office no photos of works was allowed but they did get a tour of the stadium. ❄️☀️⚒️

New install completed for a relay switch room at
Richborough Energy Park in Ramsgate.

Which will help regulate temperatures on hot days ❄️. ( not that we’ve had too many of them this year😅)

Another local install completed a few weeks ago into a bedroom for all year round comfort.

Over the passed few weeks we have been busy replacing Denco condensers that was at the end of their life cycle.

These units failed due to limescale buildup across the coils and poor maintenance over the years from previous contractors.

Refrigerant leak repair carried out to this refrigerator on a yacht in .

Air handling unit fan replacement, carried out on a carrier system from the 90’s still going strong. This one was a tight squeeze.

Happy New Year everyone. First week back and was called in to carry out a maintenance visit to a gym.

The maintenance had not been done for over a year due to the pandemic. Speaking with the owner he told me since he stopped he’s maintenance he found,

1, Gym was always too hot or too cold
2, There was a stale smell ( gym also had a ventilation system that had blocked filters)
3, There was an increase in energy usage

I received a call out for two bedrooms not heating in a hotel. After a quick investigation found blocked filters reducing the air flow.

This emergency call out could of been avoided if routine maintenance was in place.

Deep clean completed this week to an under ceiling air conditioning system, located in a commercial kitchen.

This system is 14 years old and after a little tlc and removal of the build up of grease and dirt over the years is now ready for the new tenant.
