Recommendations for the patient
- it is recommended to do 1.2 or more series of 10 reflexotherapy sessions
- it is recommended not to eat anything 1 hour before therapy and 30 minutes after therapy;
- during the therapy period, it is recommended to drink as much liquid as possible, over 2 liters;
- during the therapy period it is recommended not to smoke, not to consume alcoholic beverages, to reduce the consumption of coffee;
- during the reflexogenic treatment period, a balanced diet rich in vegetables, fruits and natural juices is recommended, preferably avoiding meat;
- during the reflexology session, drink 500 ml of still water or marigold tea;

- It is a non-toxic treatment.
- We work on the cause, not the symptoms.

Side effects of reflexology
The following types of manifestations have the final effect of eliminating toxins, because reflexology also has a strong detoxifying effect on the body. They must not be fought in any way. The appearance of these reactions should not lead to the interruption of treatment because they are normal and natural reactions. These are:
*vomiting attacks
*diarrhea, which can last several days
*urine changes its smell and color
*sweating, sometimes very pronounced
*appearance of skin rashes
* pains
*dizziness, nausea
*appearance of blue spots in case of calcium imbalance in the body
*increasing the flow of secretions through various natural openings of the body
*state of fatigue sometimes accentuated
* visible dilation of varicose veins
*fever, if there is a latent infection in the body

Contraindications of reflexology
* Acute renal failure
* renal lithiasis (large stones that cannot be eliminated naturally)
* biliary lithiasis
* in a state of heart attack
* open varicose veins
* hemorrhages
* pregnancy
* skin infections, wounds on the sole of the foot.
