When you are alone and you have a heart attack. What are you going to do ?
A rarely good post that can't be shared often enough:

Take a 2 minute break and read this:

Let's say it's 5:25 pm and you're driving home after an unusually hard day's work.

You are really tired and frustrated.
Sudden chest pain that spreads to arm and jaw. It feels like a stab to the chest and to the heart.

You may have taken CPR training, but the person leading the course didn't tell you how to help yourself.

How to survive a heart attack when you are alone?

A person who feels weak and whose heart is beating strongly has only about 10 seconds before losing consciousness.

You can help yourself by coughing multiple times very strongly!

Deep breaths before every cough
The cough should be repeated every second until you arrive at the hospital or until your heart starts to beat normally.

Deep breathing gives oxygen to the lungs, and coughing movements stimulate blood circulation and heart rate.

Cardiologists say if someone receives this message and passes it on to 10 people, they can expect at least one life saved.
