Here’s some tips on how to make habits stick:
1️⃣Develop patience - Good things take time, so you need to allow yourself time for habits to become part of your daily routine. Start small.
2️⃣Stay consistent - Change doesn’t happen from doing things once in a blue moon. Change comes from what you do consistently.
3️⃣Learn about your triggers - Get to the root of what triggers you and develop a way of managing your emotional reaction to that trigger.
4️⃣Start small and increase slowly -Trying to do too much too quickly can make you want to chuck in the towel before you have even started. By taking slow and small steps each day, in the long run, those small steps will all add up and push you forward to reach bigger goals.

I believe everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves both physically and mentally. I understand that it can be daunting entering a large busy gym environment, especially as a beginner or for someone who lacks confidence. This is why I have created my own private fitness boutique studio, where you will have a personalised gym experience. This means there won’t be a large amount of people around to make you feel self conscious, no waiting around for equipment, no pressure to rush on equipment.
