A 50 piece concert band specialising in film and show music and big band which rehearses at BBC Maid
Over the twenty-plus years of our existence we have played at a wide range of venues in and around London, including the Elstree and Maida Vale Studios, St James’s Church Piccadilly, Millfield Theatre, Allum Hall, St John Waterloo and Dorchester Abbey. We have also given concerts further afield in France and Germany. The Band’s performances have been broadcast nationally as well as internationally

Our next concert on Saturday 11th March celebrates 'legends' and includes pieces from some of the best concert band composers in modern times. From Philip Sparke’s tribute to unconquered Roman gods to James Curnow's inspiration from the elements and spirits of our world. Of course we will also feature superb film music, including Spielberg's “Catch Me If You Can” about a legendary bank fraudster with music by John Williams. We are especially delighted to present new music written by one of our own members, Chris Burrett, and his inspired composition “The Kingdom of Camelot”.
