Remember Kaurs spice blends serve 4-6 portions.
However this does depend on the size of your portions too.
They are cheaper and far healthier than a takeaway and you know what you are eating.
If you do have allergies to ingredients that are in the recipes then you can always leave them out or use a substitute.

Making Indian food isn’t hard, you get the recipes along with your blends.
