Various walks all last week and today 10/4/24

31/3/24 - Debdale Park. Nice weather all round.

28/03/24 - (Good Friday) Chinley to Edale.
Charles and Dennis were in company of Yvonne and her husband Alan.

24/325 - Dunham Massey Park this morning. Say hello to Leroy and Sha.

10/03/24 - Alexander Park. Met and walked with a gentle brother Felix. Also met a group of brothers who are interested in the occasional walk with us.

6/3/24 - Bromley Cross → Blackrod.
Began on a sunny day from Manchester Victoria.

26/2/24 - Poynton.
A flat walk, soggy in places with Spring sunshine peeping through.

18/02/2024 - Sale Water Park.
A stop at Jackson’s Boat before heading back to Sale Water Park .

14/02/24 - Pleasant short walk around Strines and Mellor.
We got a little lost. At the end of walk we passed this magnificent dovecote in the middle of the small lodge, which probably served the local mill at one time. Bruce's clock was also impressive.

4/2/24 - Flat and sedate walk around Wythenshawe Park.
We completed approximately 5ml today. Some people are camera shy so not in photo.

28/01/24 - Woodley, Stockport

Today's epic walk from Newhey to littleborough.
11 ½ miles & 27k steps completed.
The last couple of miles were tough because of the terrain.
GM Ringway walks ½ way 10 done and 10 to do.

21/01/24 - Heaton Park
We were a bit thin on the ground this morning as weather very cold, but were joined by an unexpected guest George Barratt and Ellie.

14/1/24 - A pleasant walk around Jumbles Country Park. Legs and eyes excercised and 10k steps achieved.

07/01/24 - Another first walk for the year on the trent.

07/01/24 - Reddish Vale.

Strines → Marple first couple of miles uphill

3/12/23 - MRW No6 Pleasant walk from Strines station → Marple station. Very slippery underfoot. Just Dennis and Randolph today. Brave men.

26/11/23 - Dovestone Resevoir.
Last walk for the season till January 2024.

17/11/23 - Dennis and his wife. MRW No5 Middlewood way to Strines passing through Lyme Park and much more, 8ish miles 22000+ muddy steps completed.

12/11/23 - Olive and Charles at Green Wood Nature Park/ Marple area
