Extension we recently built in Ferndown.
Footings, drainage, block and beam floor and all building up to roof plate. This Extension feature’s a parapet wall to hide the guttering within the roof. We also did a knockthrough here by cutting out and installing 2 RSJ’s so the client could open their dining room into the back of the extension.
