You use it like gin or vodka as a base for cocktails, but it does not try to mimic them. It is built from the ground up to give a drink like no other. Complex, layered and smooth, it uses six botanicals to give a dry, delicious flavour, a mouthwatering nose and a long smooth finish.” Available online from Borrago.com and coming soon to many good restaurants, bars and farm shops.

A great new Christmas non-alcoholic cocktail. A good shot of Borrago a good splash of Cawston Press cloudy apple juice and top up with Double Dutch Drinks limited edition Spices and Oakwood tonic. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a slice of fresh pear or apple. And a Borage flower if you can find one. A great alternative to mulled wine and even better for the designated drivers this Christmas as there is no alcohol.
