API Energy Middle East seeking a experienced designer skilled in HTRI, Aspen, PV Elite, STAD Pro, and Creo or 3D. The primary focus of this project is designing & Estimation of heat exchangers, Pressure Vessel, API 650, AWWA D 100, Tanks, Boiler,. However, there are other aspects as well including:

- Developing process simulations using ASPEN & HTRI.
- Creating pressure vessel designs using PV Elite.
- Generating structural analysis using STAD PRO.
- Designing 3D models using CREO / Solid Work.
- Knowledge of ASME Section 1, IV, VIII, IX.

An ideal candidate for this project would have prior experience in all these areas, but most importantly, in designing heat exchangers using HTRI.

API Energy LTD received an order for Three heat exchangers Packages from a Hospital in Middle East. The specification listed the application as a MRI cooler to produce chilled water with the requirement of a differntial Pressure of 12 bar and 0.2 bar pressure drop.

API Energy recommended plate-and-frame heat exchangers skids to meet the company’s needs. The proven technology of plate to produce the highest overall heat transfer rate and excellent fluid distribution across the entire surface.

The timeline was estimated four weeks to make 3 skids, However costumer gave us target of 3 days from date of receiving the order. Everyone from the operations to the manufacturing line knew it was the highest priority. In order to fast track the production and delivery of the equipment, API Energy Middle East employees in the Dubai facility worked overtime, on weekends, and deliver the Heat Exchanger skid in three days instead of four weeks.

It was a team effort and an excellent example of streamlined workflow.

The customer appreciate and agreed that API Energy LTD was the right partner for this job and able to deliver high-performance equipment in record time.
