Meditation time...
For me, meditation is a moment to quiet the mind, listen to my body and my soul, connect with the elements, and to be honest I just enjoy doing nothing!
And you? Do you like meditation?
So after a long break with my parents in Basse-Normandie and two days catch-up with friends in Paris, we headed to Toulouse (by train ๐คช to save some time).
I have to admit our bike trip has been absolutely unprepared and completely impulse crazy.
So, when we arrived in Toulouse we were surprised to discover the famous bike road along the Canal du midi! Absolutely beautiful scenery... until we arrived in Aude where unfortunately the canal has not been maintained so we had to bike on dรฉpartemental roads (less romantic). But everything has a reason and we had the chance to ride through the vineyard of Corbiรจre! Delicious wine :-p
Today we passed through Bรฉziers and tomorrow hopefully weโll see the Mediterranean Sea!
Thanks to my regular yoga practise and the app I used during lockdown, my legs are healthy and the outdoor exercise has been a breeze.

London to Le Pas-st-lโHomer (my parents)
~300kms, 4 days bike ride, 1 day off
Amazing first trip, it wasnโt easy with rain, wind, up and down hill, and a bit of sunburn ๐
It is definitely a travel experience, I highly recommend. We discovered small villages, met lovely people and enjoyed taking time to go from A to B.
Canโt wait to continue our Tour de France... but first letโs enjoy my family for a few days๐ค๐

day 1 & 2 adventure from London to Barre-y-va
It was a tough 2 days cycling, with one sleepless night on the ferry. We were a bit unlucky with the weather (rain, wind 20mph) but we made it happy and exhausted ๐
So thankful, yoga helps me a lot to stretch and warm up. Iโll post you some cycling yogi stretch as soon as I have a better connection.

Few tips to create a perfect T shape
- press your toes on the floor
- engage your quadriceps and glute muscles, imagine youโre lifting your thigh away from your knee.
- bring your arms close to your ears and extend your arms fully, engage your back muscles
- lift your leg, not too low or too high, just align with your back and arms, for this one you can train with a broom ๐งน
- all your muscles should be engage
- try to elongate your neck to feel taller
- big smile, enjoy and fly easy, no? ๐

Baddha Virabhadrasana or humble Warrior Pose
This is my favourite pose this week! WHY? If you have ever attempted the posture, you already know that Humble Warrior requires an incredible amount of strength and balance alongside an element of surrender. And I think it is what we need during this Covid-Craziness time โบ๏ธ
As per the Hindu mythology, Virabhadra was a fierce warrior created by Lord Shiva. Hence the name Virabhadrasana, which is practiced to bring power, strength, stamina, stability and balance, all in one.
Anatomy benefits: Full body workout in one pose ! ๐ช๐ผ๐งโโ๏ธ
Arms and shoulders, lower back, upper back, biceps & triceps, core, hamstrings, hips, knees, neck, pelvic, psoas and quadriceps.
Amazing benefits:

-Awareness and Balance
-Stability and Confidence

First NBA game! Court side seat. It was amazing and so fun! Go jazz!!!
Merry Christmas season!
I am lucky to start earlier my christmas holiday with a road trip from L.A to Salt Lake City.
Funny how the body can adapt every situations.
In 3 days, I had 8 hours jet lag, temperature varied from 20ยฐc to -5ยฐ, 11 hours flights, 10 hours drive... as an expert traveler, of course l, I loved it :)
But I am still amazed how our human body can manage all situations.
So if you are tired, sad, angry, sick ... Trust yourself you are amazing and very strong!!!
