A while ago Shona from asked me write a blog based on my nutritious food it’s going to hopefully be the start of a few. I thought about what I wanted to write and I felt the best way to start it all was to tell my own story of how I got to where I am now. You may be surprised but I haven’t always been as healthy and nutritious as I am now and it’s been quite a journey to get to where I am now. You’ll see from my transformation picture how I have changed for the better. Like with anything it requires maintenance to stay in the best shape possible which requires consistent well being from what I eat, exercise rest and sleep. I’m still on this journey and some of these areas still need work. I hope you enjoy what I have written and continue to follow my wellness journey 🫶🏻🙏🏻

What an incredible 2 weeks has had. After a year of working hard to build up a nutritious meal prep business the word is finally out and the message is spreading far and wide thanks to an article I had in the written by 2 weeks ago

Over the last 2 weeks I have delivered to many new customers over the the city and shire.

My message has been simple from the beginning eat well, eat wise, eat nutritious. All my food is cooked with thought, love and care using the freshest ingredient, with no seed oils and no ultra processed ingredients. I strive to cook interesting nutritious and wholesome food that is packed full of flavour and leaves customers feeling reenergised.

I have been overwhelmed by the amount of messages I have received over the last couple of weeks from people saying they love the fact there is a business selling nutritious food to their door and it’s just what they are looking for. It has put a lot of faith in my long term business plan that there is a demand for people wanting more healthy, nutritious food that does not have any hidden ultra processed ingredients. To everyone that has ordered from me over the last few weeks I thankyou and welcome aboard to I look forward to many more new customers over the next few months.
