An empaths' life ;

The path of an empath is not an easy one.
An empath feels deeply and feel everyone elses emotions as well.

First, one must learn to discover what feelings are their own and separate them from everyone elses.
They cry when others feel sorrow and easily smile when feeling others joy and feel confused when they pick up other people's anger

Then; they must understand, not everyone feels the same things, the way they do.
It may seem they are judgemental at times, it's just they don't understand, yet, why others don't know the things they do.
Once they figure out that not everyone knows the way they know, they become the least judgemental of people and become accepting of everyone and work to understand what happened to those who are lost or broken.

Relationships are not easy, because of their ability to sense others emotions, they can be accused of crossing the line, because how else would they know the truths, others work so hard to conceal..
They want others to succeed, sometimes at their own expense, of putting their needs on the shelf to support their partner, friends or children.

They are most comfortable when away from others, but if they haven't done the healing work they can feel lonely in life..
They want to be a part of the social world, but become easily overwhelmed out in crowds, and can feel lonelier surrounded by people than on their own.
It can be a catch twenty two world for them..

Everything they do, they do with everything they have and could be perceived as OCD.
They make great healer/helpers if that path is placed before them, because of their ability to pick up on other peoples energy and can sense long ago forgotten injuries, as the underlying cause of the trauma at hand..

They would do well to do their inner work, connecting to the ancestors to help guide them and allow their clarity to be the path they follow....

We send Prayers up, for all the empathetic ones out there, may they be guided to the clearest understanding of themselves, so they may assist in this world as they were born to do..

Stay strong dear ones, we are all in this together.

In the Andes and valleys of the Quechua tradition, the health and well-being of a person or an entire community is intimately linked to their feelings, thoughts, and actions in relation to others and to the Earth.

When a person is kind in his heart, in his mind, and in his work, that person is in Ayni with the world, and life recognizes him by bestowing upon him vigor and prosperity. Ayni means reciprocity: just as one gives, one receives. But beware, as there is a very powerful subtlety in the conditions of this reciprocity. A heart that thinks about what it is going to receive in return when it gives, is not pure. The thought and action are not in Ayni.

It is through selfless and unconditional help and devotion that one accumulates health and spiritual solvency. In our materialistic and individualistic culture, we operate in opposition to Ayni. It is always about “me” and what I am going to receive. When I give, I am carefully counting how much I am giving and then waiting to receive back in return.

At the other end of the scale, Ayni is not about becoming a martyr who gives freely from his own blood and for that reason feels holier. When you are in Ayni, you simply offer to help when you know help is needed and you trust that when you are in need, life will pay you back. The image of a flowing river helps us to understand this.

Like a river, we allow our help to flow forward without expecting to be nurtured by those we have helped. We trust that help will come from the direction it needs to flow from, just when we need it. This is how one cultivates unconditional surrender and trust in life.

The Quechua community practice Ayni by making offerings to the Pachamama or Mother Earth, to Inti or to the Father Sun, and to other forces of nature that give us life. They give thanks for the body and for everything that sustains it; everything that allows our soul to enjoy this Earthly experience.

Today, we invite you to begin to practice Ayni; to begin to practice kindness without fear or suspicion and to allow abundance to flow. As we heal, a feeling of prosperity is born from the depths of our selfishness and sooner, rather than later, the Universe offers reciprocity in the form of unconditional love.

Floating Above the Abyss of Possibility.

DEEP PRIMAL, unconscious and unsubstantiated FEAR is being scrapped and purged from the deepest abyss of our primal selves. We are fully in a global fight or flight phase of our ascension. And it is OK! It is coming up for all of us in various and unique ways. It will make us want to run for our lives, or escape and hide from things that we don’t understand, or things we don’t want to face. There is no turning back to our old lives. It will no longer support us now. The air is heavy with purging, yet we can also feel the ever so slight edge of light coming to us from the end of this very long torturous gaunt we have been navigating. The new world is arriving.

We are letting go of outdated primal programing and foundations of creation that has served us for eons and served us well all through our ancestral past. We honor this past as it has brought us here to this moment. But we are just beginning to anchor our striped bare soul into the new frequencies now. It is time to surrender ourselves to creator because we are in white water rapids now, and we are no longer in control. You will not feel safe during this process. It will not feel right to you on many levels. This will trigger a lot of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual symptoms that we are all very aware of at this point. These survival issues will be SUPER HUGE for some. But this it OK. This is the leap of faith, the leap where we let go of who we thought we were, and land into the new reality and a new soul purpose that we could have never imagined.

Your only job now is to KNOW in your core that … you are safe, strong, healthy and supported. Just breathe and BE in this journey floating above the abyss of the unknown and this monumental potential and change. This process is driven by the momentum of our own collective creation that we manifested in lifetimes of work anchoring our positive intent and vision for humanity. All this intent is based in universal truth, unconditional love, unity in diversity, balance among all humanity, authentic integrity, respect, honor and self responsibility.

We came here to create a new world, not to fight a world that is crumbling away. We came here to build a new reality, not to change the old paradigm. We came here to enter a new era together, not to stay in the past. We came here to bring Love, not to judge all those that do not feel see it like we do. We came here to bring unity in the diversity, not to make everyone think or believe like us. We came here to honor life in all its forms, and not destroy those who we do not understand.

Simply we came here to evolve in this shift of an age. We came here to evolve past the primal knee jerk reactions of our bodies and our programmed minds. We came to create from actions based in our evolved consciousness, higher awareness and fine tuned personal responsibility. We are landing into a higher frequency that is from our original stary based lineages that is laced throughout with our new cosmic orientation point for this birthing age. The job now is to do what is best and right for you right now in each moment. Manifest your souls piece in the grand puzzle we are creating together. We were never meant to be the whole picture, the savior, the guru, the prophet, the healer, as these are old paradigm ego/power games and all is fading quickly now.

But for now, we are neither here or there. The abyss, the void, we feel lost in right now, is nothing but pure unqualified unlimited potential that we created together. It is vast, unmeasurable and infinite. We can begin to fill it with our intent. This is the time where we will either sink or swim as a human race. We are about to fall into all the choices we have all made along with the motive that fueled them. We are about manifest what is it our hearts, and what is our driving motivation. We are floating precariously over this great chasm of the limitless potential of creation. We can use our energy to anchor a much higher vision, or we can sink to the bottom of the abyss to begin again.

Realigning with the LIFE we were meant to live!

For many, many years, messages have been shared with us about awakening humanity developing a cosmic orientation point within. This is a center point that would keep us anchored to our souls journey, while traveling through a shift of an age. We knew it would help us maintain balance while the old world faded away . . . as the proverbial rug was ripped out from underneath us, and as a new world began to emerge. Well . . . We are in the deep end of this process now.

From this past equinox and following eclipse portal, the frequencies have been turned up at and accelerated rate. This powerful time is realigning us with the life we were meant to live! Not the life our ego wants to replay to feel safe. We are literally unzipping ourselves from our old path and ways. Step by step. This process and outcome will be different for each person. And no doubt, if we are facing this time with our eyes and hearts wide open, this will be the most challenging and fulfilling work we will have done in our lives.

We understand that we can no longer be anchored in the old world as it is broken, and we have also evolved past its usefulness. The past has served us greatly and has delivered safety to this point. Yet we can also see that the new world ahead of us is not quite ready to be fully grounded. We are unzipping ourselves from the past, and during this process we might feel even separated from ourselves until we rebalance. There is this seemingly vast void in the in-between what was, and what will be. In this place we might feel great loss and sadness as our old life and world dissolves away, throughout time, space and dimension. Even our deepest soul intent that was a work that would take many life times to complete, may now be unfinished and also obsolete. These multi-life projects are the hardest to let go of, and the grief is very primal and very deep. We are not just letting go of reality from this lifetime, but a reality that evolved in this entire past cycle of time, and everything that it contained.

There is no need to worry about the earth or humanities outcome in this process. You can not make a mistake, or miss your boat. The Star Elders continue to say that anything out of alignment with the new laws of nature, the new frequencies, or energies, can not proceed into the future. If it’s falling away now, it is meant to fall away. We are being placed exactly where we need to be, even if it is challenging or unexpected. There is still a lot of purging to come and this will continue for some time. And a lot of it will be a surprise to us.

This is a light warrior’s journey. This is a journey to reprogram our physical bodies, and to raise our consciousness and sharpen our awareness. We are asked to fully let go of our outdated past and history. Layer after layer of the old world is being pealed away. The memory in these layers can rise into our awareness in flashes of the past - past lives, and the projects that have not been completed. With each layer we travel through, we must also process this loss and let it go. Grief is the natural process of letting go. The depth of our grief is equal to how much our hearts and souls were invested in that which we are letting go. This could be an occupation, where we live, our relationships, our projects, even our hopes and dreams. When we do this work of profound letting go, we might temporarily feel vacant, empty, and directionless, and fear might rise up in us as a natural human survival response to change. We will need great courage to step into what is coming next, which is to enter the great void of the unknown. Once we grieve the past, acceptance will follow, leaving us wide open to new experiences that are aligned with the incoming higher frequencies.

This time could bring up primal survival issues in our bodies. Survival issues most often affect our lower back, hips, and hip flexors and piriformis and psoas muscles, and can cause sciatica or knee issues. Our bodies are still reacting to the new frequencies with primal programming as a survival mechanism. When a body perceives entering places unknown, it tightens as an automatic protection. Our primal bodies react with each layer we process. This time calls for a lot of stretching, breathing, and a lot of patience. And I’m not one for patience. But we must breathe through this process. We need to talk to our body like it is our child. Our bodies need reminding that they are safe, strong and healthy. I also find Egyptian Red Amber Oil placed directly on the crown and bottom of the feet helps with this process.

Also it may be a challenge to think straight, or stay focused, because a new multilevel of consciousness will be flowing in. We may not sleep very well, or sleep too much. We may have a hard time getting anything done in a day. We might feel overwhelmed with a great many options being presented all at once, from all directions. We can also be overwhelmed with the many things that we are being asked to release and let go of. Both incoming flow and the past exiting, is happening simultaneously. It has been a confusing time as we leave linear, dualistic, 3D consciousness, and enter unifying spherical and multidimensional consciousness.

When we begin to enter spherical time and have access to multiple dimensions, there will be no linear directions present anymore. Our new cosmic orientation point will be the rarified light cord that holds us together. An example . . . imagine a world where there are no landmarks, or no directions like north, south, east, or west, and also no up or down. No sunrise or sunset, and no road maps. How would we navigate this? If we were floating out in space and there were no heavenly bodies anywhere to let us know where we are, where are we? Our new cosmic orientation point is the center without a place of origin. Because our origin is inside of us!

But… we already know how to do this. When we were a newborn baby we entered a strange foreign world that we knew nothing about. We didn’t understand how things worked. We didn’t understand language, time and gravity. We didn’t understand all the things in the world around us. We had to learn to walk! And yet we did this. In some ways this is what we’re doing now. We are being reborn without dropping the old body and getting a new one. We are hindered by the memory of past locked in our DNA, of what we ”think” things are, instead of being aware of what things are now. It is helpful to approach this new time like a little child.

It’s really imperative to not listen to the noise and chatter in our heads (ego), but feel and sense what is taking place in our hearts (consciousness). Your mind can only repeat programs from the past, but your heart can listen to the future. It is simple really. The only thing that’s really important at this time is to anchor love. Anchor love in our hearts. Anchor love into the earth. Anchor love into the sacred sites in our local areas. Anchor love into our communities. Love is the beginning step to anchor this new foundation, in the new cycle we are entering.

As we float in what may appear like a directionless void, we will begin to see many little opportunities coming forward, clues and open doors to how our new world will manifest and what our place will be within this world. This is the rising up of pure potential and possibility. This energy of pure potential will create our new intentions and we will begin manifesting projects and realigning our soul’s purpose within the new laws of nature.

We are about to leap from one cycle to the next, begin again in a new life without reincarnation. This is a time to gather resources and ready ourselves. Once our landing has anchored, we will be able to step out of the stuck and stalled void we have been in and launch ourselves through the many new open doorways into the life our soul has chosen. This is the welcome home our hearts have craved for our whole lives. All that we could not have imagined yesterday, is already on the way.

I held her.
Not because I wanted to. But because I knew it was mine to do.
I was at a workshop a few months ago where it became clear to me that I needed to hold my Mother in a way I knew she had never been held.
Never been held by her own mother, or by any woman - held powerfully in the arms of tender Feminine love.
At first, this thought both brought me to tears and repulsed me. I was repelled by the thought of holding her neediness, feeling her weakness, or having to give her what she ‘should’ have gotten from her own mother, or from somewhere else - but not from me. It’s not my job to meet those needs.
It was the neediness - it triggered the f**k out of me.
And the thought of holding it was intensely confronting.
But I knew. . .
I literally asked myself aloud, “Could I be so courageous to be so loving?”
You see, I’ve held and been held by my closest female friends, I hold my clients - both male and female. And there is something about being held by the loving arms of the Feminine, the power of that kind of tenderness, that is medicine unlike any other. To be physically enveloped by the embrace of tender love, is a safety that I want all humans to feel. . .
But. . . it wasn’t my job.
It became very clear that it wasn’t my job to give that to my Mother. . .
It was my privilege. And it was my honor.
I knew that if I didn’t give this to her, she may never know what it’s like to be truly held before she dies.
I knew that it was mine to do.
And I knew that her own mother, my grandmother, was the epitome of disembodiment. She never touched her children, never told my mother she loved her, didn’t hold her, or hug her, or show any form of physical affection. My mother had never been held in the arms of Feminine Love.
Her birthday was last weekend. And I knew there was no greater gift I could give her.
So I worked through my own s**t. . .
And I held my Mother.
I scooped her up in my arms and I held her tight.
I held her fear.
I held her wounds.
I held her scared little girl.
I held her tears and her insecurity.
I held her “not belonging” and the pain of isolation.
I held her sweet, innocent girl that so desperately needed affection.
I held the part of her that she thought was defective, the part that thought something was inherently wrong with her, that she was truly unlovable.
I squeezed her close, stroked her hair, told her I loved her, that she was enough, that it wasn’t her fault.
It wasn’t her fault that her Mother didn’t hold her.
It wasn’t her fault that she felt unloveable.
There was nothing wrong with her.
She was innocent.
In that moment, she was no longer my mom. She was another innocent child that needed to be held. What I had judged as weak and needy dissolved into the purity of an innocent little girl that needed a mother. Needed to be seen. Needed to be loved.
Like we all do.
And I got to be the one to give that to her. . . what an extraordinary blessing.
That is what words can describe.
The rest was a transmission of intergenerational healing and beauty and magic that will live in my DNA forever.
The rest was Divine Love in body. Through body. EMbodied.

*When I asked for consent to post this, not only did my Mother give me her blessing, but she said, “You just forgot one part. Since I was a little girl, I felt a vast emptiness inside, my whole life. I always thought that emptiness belonged to me, but suddenly I knew it was the place inside that a mother is supposed to fill with her love. And in that moment it was filled. In that moment my whole story got re-written.”
We are wounded in relationship and we heal in relationship, and in that moment we re-wrote the past and co-authored the future.

What old story are you telling yourself that has been on repeat? How is it trapping you in the past and holding you captive? How are you not embracing change and the new life that is beckoning you towards it? Where do you not feel free?

If we resist change we resist life and we find ourselves less and less alive. Stuck. Frozen. Trapped in our lives. Often our health declines and we become more and more rigid the more stuck in our ways we become.

There are 90 year olds who are more full of life than those who are 45. The ones with more life are often the ones who say YES to change. Who adapt and not blame situations or people for holding them back. Who do not resist individuation. They take responsibility for their life and welcome the new. In doing so they are reborn again and again all through their life.

When we are attached to old stories we are stuck in our life. We convince ourselves that there is only one way, only one path. We keep doing what we have always done and we stop seeing that in each and every moment we have a choice. That there are countless options for us if we can just find a way to stop playing that broken record.

How are you resisting change? How are you resisting individuating from the people around you? What old story do you have on repeat? What if tomorrow you chose to see a new way forward and dared to embrace a new story for your life?

Affirmation: I embrace change. I welcome the new and exciting changes that life is ready to deliver to me. I am delighted in expected and unexpected ways each and every day.

I have been playing this a lot over the last few days and recalling my times sat in circle and ceremony with some incredibly powerful and beautiful women.

The last couple of years have been really tough for me and this knowing that I have the love, strength and support of my women friends and ancestors is giving me so much support to push on through.

May you feel the love and strength flowing from the sisterhood that exists in a circle of women.
