Weaving soundscapes that oscillate between chaos and calm, Lucifer Sky is an experimental artist based in Coventry, UK, delivering an erratic mix of audio textures, DIY electronic processes, field recordings, harsh visceral drones and hypnotic melodies.

With comparisons to Bonobo, Four Tet and Floating Points, Echo Juliet's colourful electronic sound also has influences from deep house, jazz and classical music.
Echo Juliet will be playing an extended set with lots of unreleased bits you won't have heard before, plus Antonio Roberts will be creating live visuals in response to the music.

Echo Juliet () DJ and producer uses her first love of percussion as the defining element of her sound, with a unique live set-up using a midi vibraphone, Ableton and drum pads.
Receiving comparisons to Four Tet and Bonobo, her productions show influences from deep house, classical music and jazz.
Her colourful take on electronica aims to be the soundtrack to your daydreams. It has attracted the
support of BBC 6Music and NTS tastemakers including Tom Ravenscroft, Mary Anne Hobbs, Steve
Lamacq and Gideon Coe. Debut EP Abandon Reality was described by Clash as carrying ‘shades of
Four Tet or even Gold Panda, but with something deeply original underneath’ ✨️
She followed the EP with a remix package this year,
featuring collaborations with respected producer Gold Panda, a spoken word poet and emerging
artist Stella Z.
Plus support from Lucifer Sky () multidisciplinary artist and performer based in Coventry, delivering an erratic mix of improvised live programming, DIY electronics, drones, loops and found sounds.

We are super excited and honoured to announce our Headliner for GRRRLS NIGHT OUT: The one and only Killer Queen!!!
Killer Queen returns to the Tin for one night only! Killer Queen aka Ruth Pearce is a Glasgow-based trans feminist DJ, known for genre-bending rock and pop sets that bring together classic tunes and contemporary hits. Ruth has been previously spotted spinning the decks at q***r clubs, protest after-parties, and activist conferences across the country, including Reclaim the Night, Women's Aid, Q***r Fest Leeds, Birmingham pride, and Nine Worlds Geekfest. In Coventry she founded and performed at the Killer Queen q***r rock club from 2009-2013, and was part of the Revolt! collective which ran riot grrrl nights at the Tin from 2012-2017. These days, Ruth can usually be found found shouting in the rock trio Dispute Settlement Mechanism, playing bass in the noise pop band wormboys, and/or pretending to be a professional scholar in the field of transgender studies.

Thank you to all you beautiful people who came to Cov Sauce x Boudica Festival last Saturday with so much heart and soul. This was the launch night of what they hope to be a series of Boudica takeovers where they train up and showcase gals and non-binary DJs and inspire more gals to get on the decks! 🎶
Boudica Festival teamed up with Cov Sauce who have been putting on DJ nights at Common Ground since January 2023 as they look to make dj nights more diverse and inclusive, welcoming new and upcoming DJs 🎧 It has also been part of their ethos from the start to aim for 50/50 gender balanced nights ✨

We are delighted to announce our Boudica takeover party at the next Cov Sauce on Saturday the 14th October!
We look forward to teaming up with who have been putting on dj nights at commonground since January 2023 as they look to make dj nights more diverse and inclusive, welcoming new and upcoming djs. It has also been part of their ethos from the start to aim for 50/50 gender balanced nights.
Boudica co-founder Sarah S aka DJ Alien She (also part of the Cov Sauce team) has teamed up with Boudica ally and long term pal Sarah C aka DJ Lani Kayah (and bassist in Boudica alumni ) to train up more gal DJs and at the takeover event we are showcasing 3 new DJs alongside DJ Tammo who we taught earlier in the year and debuted her first set at Cov Sauce in June! This is the launch night of what we hope to be a series of Boudica takeovers where we train up and showcase gals and non-binary DJs, and inspire more gals to get on the decks!
As usual with Cov Sauce the event will be free but suggested donations of £5 are welcomed to help keep the nights running ✌️

Virginia's Wolves are a fierce feminine four piece who craft songs with a garage punk energy that sound simple but hit hard. The band is part of Leicester's Unglamourous project which celebrates women making music. Virginia's Wolves are inspired by their diverse experiences of the ups and downs of life and the people they met along the way, especially those they wouldn't want to meet again.

We want to inspire women both on stage and behind the scenes. As well as providing a platform, we want to highlight the opportunities available to women within the music industry other than performing.
