I've just been some lovely homegrown beetroots so I'm making this again - you just whizz up beetroot, walnuts, lemon juice, garlic and flaxseed oil, it's as easy as that, quick and super-healthy. :) The result is magical and everyone who tastes it loves it and promptly goes home and makes it themselves. :)

People often ask what's the difference between Flax for Linen, Flax for Health and Linseed. This is a post shows Flax for its stems to make Linen being harvested, note how green it is.
Flax grown for seeds to make Flaxseed Oil, milled Flaxseed and other foods for health are different varieties and are harvested when the crop is completely ripe. Btw, in the UK, "Flax" and "Linseed" are the same thing when grown for health.
