Some breeds have had a slight increase in price this month, the breeds that have been increased are between £1-£3 more.

Our pickup and drop off price has also had to be increased by up to £5 due to large demand, rising insurance and running costs

We are currently booked up until 18th June but have limited spaces left that week also. if you want to get your dog booked in we advise you contact us asap, it would also be worth booking up future appointments to make sure you get the spaces you want, many customers book their full years appointments.

after multiple no shows this week already, resulting in a large loss of earnings I would like to remind everyone of our cancellation and no show policy, this is a business that pays me and my staff wages, no shows and late cancellations have a big impact on the business so please take the time to read, and respect our terms and conditions. If you can’t make an appointment please let us know with as much notice as possible!

Cancellations with 48 hours or more notice is fine.

Less than 24 hrs notice will incur 50% of the groom cost charge before any further appointments can be made

No show - 100% of the missed groom fee will need to be paid before any further appointments can be made and you may be asked to pay for the new appointment up front as well.

Deposits are none refundable, if you re arrange with 48hrs notice your deposit will be transferred to your new booking, less than 24hrs or no show your deposit will unfortunately be lost.

We understand sometimes emergencies can happened which can result in less than ideal notice been given but please try and let us know if your not going to turn up so we can at least try and fill your space. Thanks
