Accompanied on the plate with courgette, basil, and artichoke, this is a fresh, summery dish down on The Pantiles, infusing the white, flaky, mild flavoured fish with plenty of subtle seasonal goodness at Sankey’s.
Our Cornish c**k crabs aren’t to be missed at The Old Fishmarket.
Down on The Pantiles, we’re currently serving up these meaty shellfish from Newlyn with a dressed salad, mayonnaise, and sourdough, or as part of our Crab and Works platters.
However you have yours, they’re always freshly caught, highly sustainable, and absolutely delicious.

If you like your oysters cooked, Kilpatrick cuts the mustard down on The Pantiles, with pancetta and Worcestershire butter adding a whole new depth of flavour to one of the most beloved (and divisive) shellfish of them all.
For those who haven’t tried one, it’s a great introduction to the wonderful world of oysters - but with no need to jump in at the deep end straightaway!
