Thank you for the wonderful response we have had to our farms honesty box. All your notes and comments have been lovely and we will be keeping it well stocked whilst the sun shines! Wignalls Yallo
Wignalls Yallo is an award winning, extra virgin, cold pressed rapeseed oil. Produced by the Wignall family, from a specially selected seed variety, it is cold pressed and bottled into 5 litres and 500ml bottles for chefs and home cooks alike. The cold pressing process means we do not use any chemical or heat, just gently press the seed to release the oil. This results in a wonderful golden colour and a delightfully nutty taste, and we are proud to have won many awards, including Great Taste, and the Great British Food Awards to name but a few.
Produced in 5 lts and 500ml bottles, we have also added an infused range, in 5 lts and 250ml bottles.
