Dear friend of The Old Lock Up Gallery,
A quick newsletter to let you all know that I’m busy at the gallery getting everything ready for our forthcoming exhibition which opens this coming Sunday 24th March - all are welcome from 2-5pm for the opening of the show.

Hiraeth is a Welsh word which hat has no direct English translation. However it’s likened to a homesickness tinged with grief and sadness over the lost or departed… A blend of homesickness, nostalgia and longing, “Hiraeth” is a pull on the heart that conveys a distinct feeling of missing something.

I hope you’re able to join us at the gallery for the opening of the show - I know a lot of the exhibiting artists will be there too. The exhibition will then continue until 5th May and we are open Friday - Sunday 10-5pm.
