Waltham Forest Friends of the Earth are a local volunteer group helping to highlight environmental issues. Meetings start at 7.30pm and are open to everyone.

We meet once a month to discuss local and national issues over a coffee and we're looking for like-minded people to get involved! We meet at Le Delice cafe in Walthamstow, (117 Hoe Street, E17 4QR). Yep that’s right 30 years old this year! One of the oldest social enterprises in Waltham Forest we’ve had many different faces over the years. We’re currently focusing our efforts on reclaimed paint, scaffolding boards and fabric, so if you’re in need of these materials you know where to find us. 😊

Posted • Forest Recycling Project, we only learnt of them a few days ago, apparently it has been around for 30 years.
A social enterprise and charity with environmental and social aims. Great project!! Look them up if you need paint, fabric, wood or paper. .
