An amazing, uplifting and inspiring show last night with legendary artist and BBC Radio 6 music presenter Tom Robinson.

This was my last and best show of the tour, and it was a perfect way to end it, the Emsworth crowd were such a joy to play for. I even sold the most amount of merch I’ve ever sold!

Tom is a hero of championing new music and such a wonderful guy and performer, he even said to me that I was even better then what he thought I was, and he can’t wait to hear more songs…. time to get recording then. 🥰

Thank you Tom! I feel hugely encouraged and ready for the next steps in my music career.

That was such a wonderful tour. Thank you to everyone who watched us perform, the organisers, promotors, and accommodators.

This tour was a huge success for me in many ways, and feel that I’ve taken another huge step upwards.

Every show was almost sold out!

We are currently heading back to the UK 🇬🇧

Next show for me Is this Friday 3rd November supporting Tom Robinson, and then I’ll be back to more songwriting.

Last night was an incredible night at - a full house and a fantastic audience. These kind of shows restore my faith in the complex modern music world.

Tour starts in two weeks! I’ll be heading to Cambridge, Norfolk, then 8 shows in Germany, then returning to support the mighty Tom Robinson.

The place is amazing, the food is fantastic, the Italians are awful drivers though.

Very excited to be back touring this Autumn around the UK, and back to Germany for the fifth time.

When releasing my third album ‘Take Comfort Here’ I was very pleased that Tom Robinson Music played ‘The Seasons’ twice on BBC Radio 6 Music. And now I’ll be supporting him in November!

I’ll be playing most of this tour as a trio, and with Ben & Alfie supporting on the Germany shows. They’re both incredibly talented.

Also, for the first time I’ll be playing songs live from my 4th album, on the electric guitar, something I’ve been working on a lot this year.

Northampton is the first track from my newly released third album.

I wrote this song about what it was like to grow up in my home town and how often it feels that places like Northampton are neglected and the last to be invested in.

There is a message in the song that ‘we’ve got something to say’ and that needs to be heard.

The final single ‘The Seasons’
I probably shouldn’t be releasing this as a single, as it goes against the short video/click bait style of 2023, but I have to stick to what I feel is ‘honest’ art, and I hope that people take a moment to give it a listen.

This song was written throughout the course of the year 2020, I wrote each verse in the season to representing that season. It’s kinda an odd thing writing a song in four parts during a year, but I wanted to express what the nation went through during each season throughout that bizarre year.

I was fortune to work with Rich Hinchcliffe, he created the animation for ‘Dark Stars’ and now this song. The video is a timeline of myself walking through the seasons; Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn.
