Disabled car park brought back to live for cogges farm. Existing cellpave removed cleaned, new hardcore and relaid correctly.

A new project started for Mark Henderson Construction Ltd. This 1940’s house has been demolished too make way for two new houses which will be much more efficient. thanks too J Moss Digger hire for your help together we will be completing all the groundwork for this project more pics too come!

New project this spring for one of our customers with J Moss Digger hire. Large reduced level dig for agricultural building. Existing house demolished new footings, blockwork, block and beam, retaining wall, drainage and sewage treatment plant. Work in progress more to follow!

The end of nice big project all drainage, sewage treatment plant, soakaways water mains, large 40m3 concrete raft completed we welded steel cages on site to speed the job up. Hired crusher in and reused all the old concrete floors as hardcore. All work completed to the highest standard and signed off by building control.👍

A New Year and a new project ! Converting old stone barns and steel framed building into new offices all new footings, oversites, drainage sewage treatment plant. First barn 200m2 up to damp course in 2 weeks including breaking out old concrete floors to make way for new footings , blockwork and oversite. Full steam ahead 👍

New concrete base put in before Christmas for timber framed garage

A couple roads that we have refurbished using the new grading beam putting a good camber on the new surface 👍

Lots of jobs been going on this summer footings for local builder. New fencing for equestrian yard and screening soil with the new screening bucket are jobs some of the things we have been up to.

Mini digger been busy for Mark Henderson tight access but 150 tons dug out for new extension footings drainage oversite all in only 2 weeks 💪👍

Been busy installing 200m of new water pipe to replace old galvanised pipe on a local farm and ducting for new electric supply. Came across a natural spring so another 100m perforated land drain installed too!

Our latest investment Takeuchi TB260 😀 to help with the larger projects and work we are carrying out.

Lots of various jobs converting old farm buildings into houses, under pinning new, drainage and services put in, replace rotten steel work, new footings before concreting oversites

New extension done back in the summer, demolish single storey extension to be replaced with new 2 storey extension creating a new kitchen come diner and bedroom. The building safely demolished and old footings removed, ready for new footing and drainage, concrete oversite ready for Mark Henderson to build and finish the project 👍

New livestock shed recently concreted for a local customer. Water pipes put in for water troughs. Hardcore added and compacted, shuttering and 100 m3 of concrete with Rs pumping making the job easier and quicker 💪

Managed to sneak 80metres of new post and rail in between the wet weather on Monday another happy customer 👍

Little job laying concrete and power floating for a customer to make more space in the workshop 👍
