We had a lovely stay at Matt's place and would definitely recommend it! Everything was spotless and very comfortable. It was light and spacious. Matt kindly provided supplies for breakfast, as well as plenty of towels for us all. The location is great- it is on a quiet street but very easy to get into Norwich. Matt was a fantastic host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
RSPB Strumpshaw Fen
Still waiting for the first boom of the season at Strumpshaw Fen. The male bittern which has been spotted from fen hide has been overheard this week warming up the old vocal chords! The first grunts have been heard, as their throat muscles strengthen, these early grunts will soon turn to a full-throated boom, which can be heard from up to one mile away.
Any day now.... let us know if you hear it first?

The Ramblers is a real home from home lovely and cosy and in a perfect location to explore Norfolk. Matt is a great host very friendly and helpful. The bungalow is spotlessly clean and has lots of added extras like tea coffee sugar bread milk and fruit. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and would happily stay again.
