So about yesterday ... Spartan Race Ireland you guys put on an amazing event 🙌🏽 ... personally I had a great Sunday, my first Spartan Race win and then I come back in the afternoon to take second in Sprint Race 😁🥇🥈 ... rest, recovery then back to the grind, plenty more races this year !!!
👏🏽Shout out to my co-host for taking 2nd in the Super and to for his 3rd place in the Sprint 👏🏽

Excellent...a massive thank you to everyone who ran at The Suffering last weekend, the league results are up and OCRKIT Race Team have moved up 3 places into 10th!
