I completed a 2 mile run today after only doing 1.5 mile runs because of my back injury but i fought through the last half a mile which was tough and now i feel amazing for doing it πŸ’ͺ

When someone puts you down or tells you that you cant do something get up, stand tall and prove them wrong πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–

I might not be able to do cheerleading atm but i am smashing my cardio and making sure i have the endurance ready for next season 😎

So BRING IT ON πŸŽ‰

I am feeling so much better in myself these past few weeks since getting back to the gym πŸ’–

As weve had a week off cheer due to holidays ive been smashing my cardio this week and i am looking forward to stepping on the scales tomorrow πŸŽ€

Lost 8.8 lbs last week
Weigh in this morning and im another 1.5kg (3.3lbs) down!!!!

Sorry i havent updated this weekend but ive been away with work in jersey. ✈
It was all going well untik saturday i treated myself to some jersey ice cream and fish and chips πŸ’–
After a real long tiring day yesturday i also had a chinese takeaway last night πŸ™Š

Today i stepped on the scales for the first time as part of my weekly weigh!
Wow. I have gone from 80kg down to 76.7kg πŸŽ‰
Oh and ive also dropped a jeans size and i am so happy! This gives me more motivation to get the rest of this weight shifted πŸ’–

Had a shake for my breakfast then i had an apple for mid morning snack and for lunch i had a ham and lactofree cheese salad wrap with a banana and my fruit and veg and berry capsules πŸŽ‰

I am feeling better and better by the day πŸ’ͺ

Also made a ham salad wrap for lunch with 2 pieces of fruit as i cant take my shakes to work (liquid purposes)

Went well except yesturday i wasnt very well and was vomiting so i actually skipped my evening meal last night because i wasnt very well but so far so good and i am actually back into my size 8 jeans now!

So ive been feeling pretty rubbish again lately and down about my back but after reflecting today i am determined to get back on track!!

Having not had full focus on my shakes and magic beans i am ready to hit it with 100%

And before the haters say i always say ile be doing my daily diet diary then only getting to the first week and people saying ive been giving up its not that ive been giving up i have just felt down in the dumps and having some real bad confidence issues atm but like i said i am ready to sort my self out and get back on track!

Less of the mcdonalds and more of the shakes and healthy foods! Lets do this!!!

So tonight my dinner is chicken, sweet potato fries and mixed veg πŸ’–

So day 1 will be tomorrow πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

And i am ready to be bed bound for a 2nd day 😴😴😴

Day 7,8 & 9

I took abit of a bad turn with my back recently so haven't been excersizing.

I also had cheer comp that i somehow managed to get through by some miracle (however suffering now). I admittedly ate a few bags of haribo at cheer comp which i needed for energy in order to perform well and replace sugar levels quickly after coming off the floor.

But never the less i have been taking my magic beans and have been full of energy, However currently bed bound so i can only walk for a short time before pain kicks in.

Which gives me a lot of time to promote my business and get back on it! πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

So i just came to continue my diet diary on how i am doing with my diet, and it seems i only posted day 3 and 4 to my insta :/ oopsie!

Well day 3 and 4 i did well and had lots of energy even when i had been up since 3am and didnt get home and until bed until 9:30pm so thanks to my magic beans keeping me going i was fulll of beans all day.

Day 5 and 6 went ok. Not the best two days but day 5 i skipped lunch because i just did not have time at work as it was so busy. Day 6 (yesturday) went a lot better and i have stopped the snacking on rubbish so far!

Which may not be the case on sunday as its cheer competition and i will need a sugar rush at some point through the day

Day 2!

Today has been good i have followed my diet and eaten healthily throughout the day and tried not to snack as much and even when i did snack it was on an oat bar and a piece of fruit!

Just dinner left to have before 6pm on day 2!

I havent been to the gym today because my back is in agony and causing me problems so i am resting tonight ready to try push myself for cheer practise tomorrow!

Feeling great!!!

Diet diary is BACK!!!!

Day 1 yesturday was great i went to the gym after work and did 20 mins of interval running/sprints and ran 2 miles in just over 20 mins!

I then did some stretching as i am trying to get my splits back and i also did some core abs work to strengthen deeper muscles to help my poorly back that is forever getting worse

Lets do this!!!

Day 3!!!
Today i have felt great! Started with a healthy breakfast in the hotel, healthy lunch with my magic beans thrown in too and chicken strips and noodles for my dinner!
I am feeling great although i am unable to go to the gym properly (been told walking only by physioπŸ˜₯) i am feeling great now my diet is under control.

So day 7 has been a success!!! πŸ’ͺ

Hit the gym earlier and smashed a 2 mile run in 20 mins! I must admit the last 5 minutes was a huge push and had to dig deep but i did it!!!

Finished of a quick gym session with some stretching as im determined to be able to do the splits πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯πŸ’–

Followed by this for dinner. Cheeky little room service! Sausage and sweet potato fries with a side of sweet potato soup πŸ’ͺ

Burnt 2,300 calories in total and feeling great!!

Just 200 sit ups to complete before bed and all is well!!!!

Started off well with a shake in the car to have on my way to work πŸ’ͺ
However as i woke up a little late i havent done my situps which means ile be doing double tonight.

I also cheated a little and weighed myself and i have lost 0.8kg!!!! Im feeling fantastic πŸŽ‰

However havent been on my shakes aa ive not felt well but been smashing the capsules and excersize!!
