This is my wife’s new bike. The Mossbikes Iolanthe. The bike was designed and built over six years in-between other projects and world events. A performance focused All Roader Mixte using Reynolds 853 Pro-Team tubing. Lots of nice trick components including Paul Components Klamper Disc brakes and Cross levers. Campagnolo 11s Centaur gears with a beautifully drilled Velo Orange Chainset. Handmade wheels expertly crafted by with Hope hubs and H Plus Son polished alloy rims. The Brooks saddle and bar tape were always the obvious choice. As was the Schwalbe cream Delta Cruiser tyres. The forks are custom carbon made by Wound Up with a 1 inch steerer. Iolanthe is complete with an Ultimate USE titanium seat post and spinstixs skewers.

What a blast catching up with Paul from this morning . Faith in humanity restored when you see the quality of his work! 🤩

Absolutely buzzing to catch up with .l.wildman this morning to delivery his super fresh 921 stainless steel gravel frame. With a T47 BB, 44id head tube, internal cabling and lots of bottle mounts, it’s the business! Can’t wait to see this one built up. More on this project soon.

Lovely Sunday ride organised by in Altrincham with and . A wonderful mini adventure wafting along the , traversing cobles and fields and a halfway stop at the stunning . Heavy showers couldn’t dampen our enthusiasm and just helps us enjoy pizza even more! Great beer and great times, let’s do this again! 🍻

We are bike packing from Abergavenny back to Wybunbury over three days with my son Leo. Our route takes us over the Gospel Pass to Hay-on-Wye, then on to Bishop’s Castle. The final day takes us through the Stratton hills to Shrewsbury before reaching the final leg of the Journey into Cheshire. We are camping on the way, carrying everything.
